It is with regret and sadness that we report the passing of Cousin Eleanor McClory of Lynn, MA. on Friday June 20, 2012.
Born in Lynn and a graduate of Lynn English High School, she was the daughter of the late George and Sadie (Nicholson) Booth.
Eleanor worked at the former Russo Candy House, Route 1, Saugus, MA.
She leaves her children Donald W. McClory, Jr. and his wife Sharon A. of Littleton, MA, Sharon A.
Clarke and her husband Richard of East Islip, NY, and Michael G. McClory and his companion
Teresa Davis of Hampstead, NH, her grandchildren Brian McClory, Stephanie McClory, Nicole Clarke,
Christopher McClory, Daniel McClory, Stephen McClory and Matthew McClory. Also survived by
Teresa's children, Kirsten Davis, Zak Davis and Zane Davis. Eleanor was the sister of the
late Alvin Booth and George Booth, Jr.
Born and educated in Lynn, he was the son of the late William and Mona (Folkes) Nicholson and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. After graduation, Peter enlisted into the United States Navy where he proudly served his country as a Seabee, constructing bridges and roads in Vietnam. Peter received the Good Conduct Medal and was honorably discharged in 1966. A man of many talents, Peter prospered in construction as a maintenance machinist for Raytheon for several years and prior to his retirement operated heavy equipment for Northeast Nursery.

Mertie Raynes Milbury, 77, died peacefully on May 8, 2015. She lived most of her life in Lynn, MA, most recently residing in Chestnut Hill. Mertie was a longtime member of the UU Church of Greater Lynn and sang in the choir there for many years. She was a great lover of music. She played both the flute and piano and took great comfort in singing and playing her instruments even as her health failed. More than anything, she enjoyed the company of her friends and family and a good cup of coffee.
Mertie was the daughter of Frederick Merton Raynes and Grace Edna (Dorman) Raynes and grand daughter of James Dorman and Sarah Louise (Nicholson) Dorman.
Mertie was a 1955 graduate of Lynn Classical High School and a 1959 graduate of Radcliffe, where she received a BA. She held several jobs throughout her life, which included music teacher, social worker, key-punch operator, and museum and hospital volunteer, but she was most proud of her role as a homemaker and mother. She leaves her husband Donald Milbury, two children; Carol Dube' and Richard Milbury, along with their spouses; Colm Regan and Ilana Krepchin, four grandchildren; Olivia Dube': 14, Rex Dube': 10, Molly Milbury: 7 and Ciaran Regan: 9 months, and one brother, James D. Raynes.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate her life at the Unitarian Church of Chestnut Hill on May 30th at 11am, and all are welcome and encouraged to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mark Dube' Instrumental Music Scholarship Fund, which provides support for any child within the Brookline Public Schools who wishes to play an instrument and does not have the appropriate funds. James A. Nicholson passed away May 15, 2016 at the Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport MA with his family at his side.
Jim was born in Lynn on Aug. 11, 1939, son of the late William and Mona (Folkes) Nicholson. He attended Lynn schools and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School with the Class of 1957. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was stationed on the USS Brownson from 1959-1963.
Following his service in the Navy, he went on to work many years at General Electric Co. as draftsman for the aircraft division.
He was predeceased by his parents, sister Mona, brothers William, Robert, Thomas and Peter. He is survived by his wife, Ann L., daughter, Kelly and husband, Roger, son, James and wife, Kelli, granddaughters, Allison and wife, Emily, and Sarah, his two brothers, John, Paul and wife, Marilyn, three sisters, Doris and husband, Robert, Patricia and husband, George, and Sandra, and many nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, reading, crossword puzzles, genealogy, playing on the computer, old westerns and time with family and friends.
Service information: Calling hours at the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home, 118 Friend St., Amesbury, Saturday, May 21, from 9-11 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery in Amesbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the American Heart Assc., go to American Heart Assoc/donations.
Michael K. Nicholson, of Nashua, NH, age 58 years, formerly of Lynn and Peabody, died unexpectedly at his home after a lengthy illness. He was the former husband of Coreen (Mullen) Nicholson.
Born in Lynn he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Eleanor M. (Fuller) Nicholson. Mike attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn Classical High School, Class of 1976. After high school he served in the US Army for four years. He worked at the Portsmouth Naval Yard, then for the VA in Manchester, NH, and spent most of his career with the United States Post Office, as a mail handler, until he retired in 2013. Mike was an avid sports fan, and his favorite team was the New England Patriots.
In addition to his former wife he is survived by one daughter Kristine Nicholson and her fiancé Ryan Cavallaro both of Wilmington, two brothers Thomas "Tucker" Nicholson of Georgetown, Paul Nicholson of Wakefield, NH, three sisters Sandra Prunier of Lynn, Jackie Hudson of Lynn, Karen Nicholson of Georgetown, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of David Lenzie of Lynn and Lisa (Sonia) Benevento of Peabody and the great granddaughter of the late Lucy Elizabeth Nicholson of Lynn. She was a lifelong resident of Lynn and a graduate of Lynn English High School, Class of 2007.
Lia was employed as an activities assistant at the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Everett for the past two years and for the last 15 years she worked part time at Superior Roast Beef in Lynn. She attended Rivier College School of Nursing and Salem State College for a brief time and was an EMT in Peabody.
Lia enjoyed reading, singing and playing music, and her favorite artist who she enjoyed the most was Dean Martin. She also enjoyed the arts and going to the theatre, museums and the zoo as well. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her mother, Lisa (Sonia) Benevento and her step dad, Don Cordova of Peabody; her father, David Lenzie and his wife Christine Donovan of Lynn; her two brothers, Paul Lenzie of Connectiuct and Louis Lenzie of Peabody; her maternal grandparents, Theresa Sheehan of Peabody and Robert and his wife Mary Sonia of Raymond, N.H., her paternal grandparents, David and his wife Jackie Lenzie of Groveland, her great grandmother, Mildred Sheehan of Lynn, and is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and was the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Born on January 11, 1941 in Lowell,MA, Margaret was the loving daughter of the late James A. McDonald and Mary (Avilla) McDonald. Margaret was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Margaret was an avid gardener who love to cook and feed everyone. She loved to socialize, whether it be at Bingo or at home quietly crocheting. Margaret had a passion for family. They were first and foremost in her life.
Margaret was the beloved wife of Joseph Nicholson. She was the devoted mother of Daniel Boland, Michele Culver, Scott Boland and his wife Linda, CherylAnn Lugo and her husband Victor, Roxann Lindley and her husband David, Joseph Peterson and the late Cheryl Killion. Margaret was the cherished grandmother of 15 and the great grandmother of 12.

Donald Harvey Chapman, III (Chappy) age 54, of Route 11 in Farmington, died unexpectedly, March 11, 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, due to complications from a medical condition.
Born September 10, 1963 in Lynn, Massachusetts, son of Donald Harvey Chapman, Jr. and Florence Elizabeth (Nicholson) Chapman, he was a lifelong resident of Farmington, NH, a graduate of Farmington High School, Class of 1982.
Chappy enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, playing golf and horseshoes and spending time with his good friends. He was a builder by trade, a self-employed carpenter, having worked with his father before his dad.s retirement.
Survived by his parents: Donald and Florence, his children, twin daughters, Savannah and Danielle and son Dylan. His sister Virginia and brother-in-law Les, his nephews, Tyler and Noah. Uncles, Art and David, Aunt Peggy and Uncle Dom, and Cousin Kristine. Uncle David and Aunt Clare and their children. Also, his very close group of friends that were always there for him.
There are no funeral services planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to: Cocheco Valley Humane Society, Farmington Fish and Game Club, or Farmington 500 Boys/Girls Club. Born in Lynn on June 13, 1950, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mildred (Nicholson) Connolly. Steven was a lifelong Lynn resident and graduated from Lynn Trade High School, class of 1968.
An honorably discharged veteran, Steven served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and retired from the Seabee Reserves.
Mr. Connolly worked for many years as a maintenance mechanic for the South Boston Post Office until the time of his retirement in 2016.
Steven enjoyed vacationing on the Islands and taking long walks in Gloucester and Newburyport with his beloved wife. He also loved boating, fishing, playing cards with his cousins and his scratch tickets. What he cherished most, was spending time with his children, grandchildren and holiday dinners with extended family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and neighbor who will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife, Steven is survived by his daughter, Michelle and her husband, Dwight Flewelling Jr. and his son, Michael Connolly; his grandchildren, Matthew, and his fiancè MacKenzie, Alexa, Allison, Samantha, Jackson, and his grand-dog, Tessie; his sisters, Carol Sahovey, and Debra and her husband, Tony Gironda; his sister-in-law, Suzanne, and brother-in-law, Richard, and his wife Maria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Connolly.
Arrangements: His funeral service will be held at the Conway Cahill Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours on Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
